· Refund and Returns will be according to merchants and sellers from where the product is bought.
· No refund request will be entertained once product has been dispatched or getting delayed at courier service.
· No refund request will be entertained for delay due to unforeseen conditions (bad weather, strikes, bandh, etc.)
· Any deduction in returns will be decided by the Merchants.
· For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above-may change according to Merchants.
· Shipping cost charged for refund, may vary from Merchant to Merchant.
